Job Description:

SUMMARY

To provide financial, administrative and clerical assistance to the finance department with all day to day operations.

Education and/or experience

High School Diploma/GED required.  Associates degree in finance, accounting or business administration and/or experience in finance preferred.

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Reconciliation of credit card statements, and to ensure all backup is attached.
  2. Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
  3. Record fixed assets, tag inventory, and maintain all documentation.
  4. Perform physical inventories at all sites.
  5. Organize all Construction projects in binders to include bids, invoices, and audit information.
  6. Work with Ceneva (outside billing company) to improve accounts receivable.
  7. Assist the finance department with all day to day activities.

Any other duties assigned.
