Job Description: |
SUMMARY To provide support in all duties of the Human Resources Department.
Education and/or experience High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree in Business Administration strongly preferred. Working knowledge of human resources and employee benefits required.
Competencies · Must be able to work independently · Strong interpersonal skills · Communicates clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, management, and outside agencies · Experience working with a diverse group of individuals · Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality · Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to direction and able to improve performance through management feedback · Knowledge of benefits administration · Excellent verbal and written communication, · Must have professionalism and organizational teamwork
