The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a unique venture between Danville Public Schools, Pittsylvania County Schools,  and Piedmont Access To Health Services (PATHS).  We provide  preventative and primary care services to children and adolescents located on or near a school campus that is staffed by a multispecialty team that includes:  Nurse Practitioner,  Optometrist, Pediatric Dentist, and Certified Community Health Worker CCHW. PATHS is able to offer these services at their location at G.W. High School in Danville located at 250 Christopher Lane, Suite 7 as well as through the PATHS Mobile Unit.

PATHS Community Medical Centers provide comprehensive primary health care to those local to the Dan River Region.  Experienced physicians and other medical professionals are on staff to offer the highest quality care possible.

PATHS Community Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy with multiple locations serving Southside Virginia.  Most prescription insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare Part D plans.  PATHS' pharmacy can fill anyone's prescriptions, even if they come from doctor's outside PATHS. Free Delivery – PATHS offers free delivery from any of our pharmacy locations

 

The links between oral health and overall health are well publicized.  In following the mission, PATHS wants to make sure that everyone who needs access to dental care gets it – whether they have insurance or not.

PATHS' MEDAssist Program provides assistance to those in the Dan River Region who do not have prescription insurance coverage in accessing the most advanced in medication therapies.  Many of the physician practices in the area participate.

PATHS Healthcare for Women offers full OB/GYN services. 

The Marketplace is a way to find quality health insurance coverage.  Insurance is available if you are not insured, have recently lost coverage, or even if you have recently lost coverage. Coverage may be found if you have coverage but looking for better options.
