Essential Functions

Summary: Provides support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and other C-Suite staff.

  • Plans, implements, and organizes events and volunteers to advance the mission and goals of PATHS.
  • Administrative duties as needed for C-Suite staff.
  • Uses social media to coordinate community relations.
  • Monitors policies on Compliatric and assures that they are signed and updated in a timely manner.
  • Drafts and distributes/publishes various brochures that promote the company, as well as individuals or groups within the company.
  • Selects positive publicity materials and distributes them to a variety of agencies or organizations.
  • Responds to inquiries from community members and other interested parties.
  • Manages the CEO’s calendar and sets up meetings as necessary.
  • Screens and directs incoming phone calls to the CEO.
  • Formats information for internal and external communication, such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes meeting and special events such as Quarterly staff meetings, Health Center week, and Christmas.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact and professionalism.
