Job Description:

PURPOSE: Responsible for the initial training and continuous training of clinical personnel as well as updating clinical staff of new policies and procedures.

Education:   MA/LPN/RN current licensure or certification. 

Experience & Skills:   Clinical experience, Customer Service, Training and Supervision experience preferred; Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and oral; Diplomacy, tact and a positive attitude toward problem solving; Confidentiality is a must; Strong supervisory skills adequate to work with a variety of employees with different skills, needs, backgrounds, and attitudes; strong computer skills, knowledge of PATHS policies and procedures, including eCW knowledge required.

DUTIES

1. Develop universal training manual for clinical staff.
2. Provide continuous training of existing clinical staff so they may perform all the essential functions within their job description.
3. Provide training for new clinical staff, as well as follow up training as necessary, as needed.
4. Ensure clinical staff understand PATHS’ policies and procedures and are followed.
5. Provide basic eCW function training and policy review to new providers.
6. Recommend changes in procedures/policies to improve patient services by the clinical staff.
7. Work with Clinical Leads and Clinical Site Managers to ensure compliance with data entry.
8. Run audit reports as requested.
9. Work with clinical staff and their direct supervisors on any errors being made by clinical staff.
10. Encourage healthy communication between all staff across the organization.
11. Other duties as assigned.
